Barry has been working in the Construction industry since the age of 18.
He has Operated machines in Quarries, Civil sites, Road construction, Drainage and Railways.
In 2004 he was fully trained and accredited as a CPCS Assessor and began his new job.
In 2014 he decided to start his own company and has been going strong and growing ever since.
